Service Package
Unlike many Watercooler suppliers, PHS Waterlogic offers a Totalcare™ service package with no other costs or surprise hidden charges. With our Totalcare™ service package it’s all included, chose any Waterlogic watercooler and it will be delivered, installed and maintained by trained PHS Waterlogic service engineers. Totalcare™ includes twice yearly planned preventative servicing, including all parts and labour, and a full callout and repair service, available the next working day. These services are facilitated from a 24-hour, seven day manned customer service centre, ensuring customers can always receive the service they need.
